INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF KVKK
1. Introduction
a. BAŞARI SPARE PARTS AND AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY. (will be referred to as ‘company’) takes the necessary security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.
b. Aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, it is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

a. Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) was accepted on 24 March 2016 and published in the Official Newspaper No. 29677 dated 7 April 2016.

Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 was adopted in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the collection, processing and storage of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of real and legal persons processing personal data and the procedures and principles to be followed by them, and to determine the rights of individuals whose personal data are processed. .
4. Data Controller Declaration
a. BAŞARI SPARE PARTS AND AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), we will use your personal data in accordance with the legislation.
5. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
a. Our company supplies auto spare parts to our country and the world market, both domestically and abroad.

In this context, our Company collects and processes personal data required from its customers and prospective customers, business partners, suppliers, our Company’s employees, employee candidates and other relevant real persons in order to achieve the following purposes and limited to these purposes.

4. Information technology requirements, systemic structure, necessity of information technology support services received,
5. Providing logistics cooperation with third parties and sending products,
6. In line with the purpose of determining and implementing commercial and business strategies; Managing financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations and legal operations carried out by our company,
7. Carrying out lawsuits, enforcement proceedings and other legal transactions,

6. To Whom the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
a. Your collected personal data; limited to the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes; Provided that it is clearly stipulated by law, it is mandatory for our company to fulfill its legal obligation, data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, to ensure the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person. viii. We have an agreement to send the messages we send to real or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations, and our customers from whom we receive services and cooperate in product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and the realization of the above-mentioned purposes.
It can be transferred to institutions, based on explicit consent when necessary, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
7. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
a. Your personal data may be collected by our Company employees, customer and prospective customer representatives, applications made through contracted websites or our Company’s website, other institutions to which we provide/receive support services, and real and/or legal persons, partners, suppliers or other persons with whom transactions are made within the scope of any legislation or contract. It is collected by our Company for the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of legal legislation from verbal, written or electronic media, such as the companies we cooperate with, our website and mobile application, our call centers, social media accounts, cameras in the locations served, alarm systems and other electronic security systems.
8. Personal Data Owner’s Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
a. As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for the answer given up to ten pages. There will be no charge for up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
b. In this context, personal data owners;
I. Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
ii. Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
iii. Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
iv. Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
v. Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
vi. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
vii. Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
viii. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
c. You can submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, or in written form via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, securely. You can send it by using electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system. In applications, information will only be given about the applicant and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
